By using CreateSplashPages, you agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and content.

Usage

Do not publish unlawful, infringing, or misleading content. We may suspend abusive accounts.

Billing

Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel from the Billing section of your account without contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your paid access continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except when a billing or service error caused by CreateSplashPages requires correction. If you believe we made an error, contact support@createsplashpages.com with the account and transaction details so we can investigate and correct it.
